At Izel Apparel, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely pack your apparel in its original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location nearby.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
